jack-frost or crystal effect.
Application:
Eyedropper, soft flat brush, air brush, or
paint roller
Can be applied to both vertical or horizontal surfaces.
Ideal application temperature should be 55- 80 deg.

Ideal Humidity at time of application should be 20-60%
Drying time:
15 min-1 hour

many plastics.
