All orders Ship within 1 week from the time the order is received.

We work hard to ship all orders promptly and most orders do ship within a few days, however, some orders can take up to 1 week to ship depending on the current order volume, order size, & current paint stock.

Transit Time is 1-5 business days once the order has shipped.

All Paint Orders Ship FedEx Ground. Most of our Paints are flammable liquids and can not ship FedEx Air.

Return Policy:

Due to the flammable shipping class of our lacquer glass paints they can not be shipped back unless you are a certified haz mat shipper.

Any items returned, but must be sent back within 10 business days of receipt of goods & you must notify us of the return before sending back. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items. Shipping charges are not reimbursable.
